Hola! I was an ordinary child from mid-sized town outside Seattle, Washington. In 2005, a life-long friend introduced me to the awesomeness which is long-term, unscripted travel – aka “the road”. I’ve been addicted ever since.

Traveling has changed my life. It has broadened my understanding of humanity. It has provided rich friendships and incredible memories. Traveling has turned me into a risk-taker. Most excitedly, it has made me one helluva dancer.

For these reasons, I want to share my story. My books aim to be insightful and entertaining accounts from my life on the road. Ordinary people are capable of extraordinary travel.
